Notification of Change in Fund Name for Principal Global Millennial Equity Fund- Effective 25 September 2024

We would like to inform you that the name for “Principal Global Millennial Equity Fund” has been changed to “Principal Global Dynamic Innovation Fund”, with effect from 25 September 2024.

The change in the Fund’s name will not affect the investment objective and strategy for the Fund. Additionally, the change to the Fund’s name is aligned to the investment team’s approach in managing the Fund.  Please refer to the First Supplemental Prospectus and Product Highlights Sheet on our website at First Supplemental Prospectus For Principal Global Dynamic Innovation Fund and PHS - Principal Global Dynamic Innovation Fund for further information.
