Notification on Proposed Modification to Deed to Members under Principal PRS Plus and Principal Islamic PRS Plus

Notification is hereby given to all Members of our proposed modifications to the Principal Deed dated 8 November 2012, First Supplemental Deed dated 2 January 2014, Second Supplemental Deed dated 25 November 2014, Third Supplemental Deed dated 3 February 2020, Fourth Supplemental Deed dated 17 December 2021, Fifth Supplemental Deed dated 12 July 2022, and Sixth Supplemental Deed dated 14 June 2023 (“Deed”) for the Principal PRS Plus and Principal Islamic PRS Plus (collectively known as “PRS Schemes”) which currently comprises the following funds:
