Outcome of adjourned unit holder’s meeting for the Principal Global Technology Fund and Principal Islamic Global Technology Fund (“Funds”)

On 1st October 2024, Principal Asset Management Berhad had conducted adjourned unit holder’s meetings for the Funds. We are pleased to announce that the resolutions to change the Funds’ structure from a wholesale fund to a retail unit trust fund were approved at the adjourned unit holder’s meetings.  

Following the approval of the resolutions, we will issue replacement prospectuses for the Funds in due course to implement the change.
