Aiza Aryati Kasim, Head, Human Resource

Aiza joined Principal in September 2023 and has more than twenty-two (22) years of experience across the whole spectrum of HR functions such as HR Transformation, change management, business partnering, employee engagement, talent management and succession, recruitment, leadership and learning development. Prior to joining Principal, Aiza served as the Chief HR Officer at Manulife Holdings Berhad where she led the HR function for its businesses including life insurance, offshore business, asset management and real estate. She also served as a member of Manulife Senior Leadership Executive Committee, advisor to Manulife ERG Committee and member of Manulife Executive Management committee. Apart from Manulife, she has worked in established financial and technology institutions such as AmBank, OCBC Bank (M) Berhad, HSBC Bank (M) Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Petronas ICT Sdn. Bhd and Citibank (M) Berhad.

Qualification: 
Aiza graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management, University of Bradford. She also attended the OCBC-INSEAD Executive Development program and the ICLIF Executive Leadership program.
