Although we use these channels to communicate, we do not control or endorse any advertising, messages, content, or links these third parties publish. We use this page to connect with our employees, customers, clients, and friends. While we are pleased to be active on social media channels, keep in mind that communications in our industry are highly regulated. In our sole discretion, we may remove comments for various reasons. We will remove spam messages, including numerous messages on the same topic.
We love hearing your comments, opinions and questions. We take our customers’ security very seriously. Because of that, we provide limited customer service support on our social media channels. We do not answer any questions that pertain to a specific individual, account, or financial issue. If you have questions regarding your personal accounts or any financial-related issues, we will point you in the direction of a licensed representative who can help, and we may use the private messaging function of our social media accounts to gather only information necessary to do so. Information we may request could include: full name, email address, and phone number. We will never ask for your account username or password.
